What are the equipments in the rooms?
All rooms have marble bathroom, shower, hair-dryer, satellite TV, telephone, kettle and individual air conditioning units.
Is there a safe in the room?
Yes, and it costs € 2,50 + 8% VAT per day.
What is the check-in and check-out time?
From 1 pm (24 hours) the check-in and within 12 pm the check-out.
Can I leave the room later than the time already set?
It depends on the hotel’s availability. If you wish to keep the room until 3 pm there is an extra charge of € 30,00.
Can I choose the bed type (one double or two separate beds)?
It depends on the availability; in any case you can request it in the section “Comments” in the reservation page.
Does the hotel have no-smoking rooms?
Yes, it does.
How many floors are in the hotel? Is there a lift?
8 floors and 3 lifts.
Is there access for disabled people?
The common areas are accessible to everybody. If you need a room with this feature you must ask for it at the moment of the reservation.
Do you have a place to store my luggage at the moment I leave the room or if I arrive before the check-in time?
Yes, we have a luggage room for free usage. The hotel does not take any responsibility for the things left.
Where can I park my car and what is the price?
You can park your car in a parking close by and the rate is € 27,00 + 8% VAT per day.
What language do they speak in reception?
Catalan, Spanish, English, Italian, French, Portuguese and German.
Can I rent a car at the hotel?
Our staff at the reception will help you with information to rent a car, a motorbike or a bicycle.
Where can I rent a car?
Ask our staff at the reception desk.
What is the price for a taxi from/to the airport? How long does it take?
The approximate cost is € 30,00-40,00. There is an extra charge for every luggage and it takes about 30-40 minutes.
I will be in Barcelona for a fair at the “Fira de Barcelona”: is it well connected from your hotel?
Yes, only 20 minutes by tube/underground.
Does the hotel have computers connected to the internet for the guests?
Yes, we have computers in the lobby.
Is there any chance to connect my pc to your wi-fi line?
Yes, although it depends on your pc configuration.
Can I have breakfast even though I did not reserve it? How much does it cost?
Reserve the breakfast is not necessary; you can decide it the very same morning. The price is € 11,50 + 8% VAT per person per day. If you select the option “twin or double room with breakfast included” in your reservation, you will obtain a special price.
What kind of room is the one that correspond to "EARLY RESERVATION"? What are the offer terms?
If you select “EARLY RESERVATION”, you are booking a twin standard room (two separate beds). We charge the total amount of your stay at the moment of the confirmation. The latter will not be refund under any circumstances.
What is the difference between standard rooms and superior rooms?
The superior rooms are bigger and two of them have a small terrace (depending on availability).
